3. Orders & Payment Terms

All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by SlanKIT.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse orders that violate brand agreements or distribution policies

4. MAP & Marketplace Compliance

If you are purchasing goods for resale, you agree to:

  • Comply with applicable Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies

  • Follow brand marketplace restrictions

  • Avoid unauthorized resale channels

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your wholesale account

  • Reporting to brand partners

  • Legal enforcement if applicable

All trademarks, logos, website content, graphics, and materials displayed on the Site are the property of SlanKIT or its brand partners.

No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without written permission.

6. Marketplace Execution Disclaimer

SlanKIT may operate on various online marketplaces and distribution channels. We do not guarantee:

  • Sales volume

  • Ranking position

  • Buy Box ownership

  • Revenue performance

All marketplace execution involves market risk, competition, and algorithmic variability beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlanKIT shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Marketplace suspension

  • Brand enforcement actions outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification
